Users liked the galleries, and had an easy time getting to and through checkout.
Where ########.com misses is on natural search in fact the site didn’t appear on the first page of results against any of the relevant search terms. And users did not find or click on ########.com when the site was present as a paid search link.
Text loads well, but images on the right are large and take a long time to download. This was the slowest loading site in the test, which users said they found frustrating and may affect overall sales conversion rates.
Contact info was easy to find at the top, but users looked for the usual “Contact Us” link at either the very top or footer of the page and ########.com misses this opportunity.
Product galleries were clearly laid out, but “cases” were not easily distinguished from single products.
Users commented that they considered products were far too expensive at the case price.
